Campbell's Celebrates Warhol!

Campell's is celebrating the 50th anniversary of Andy Warhol's, "32 Campbell's Soup Cans" (see photo below) this month by selling their soup cans in an Andy Warhol style.  HOW COOL!

I was blown away this month while shopping in Target, I came across blightly colored tomato soup cans.  These cans feature some of Warhol's famous quotes, such as, "In the future everybody will be famous for 15 minutes".

Pop Art is a movement in modern art that imitates the methods, styles, and themes of popular culture and mass media, such as comic strips, advertising and science fiction.  Check out this video all about Pop art and Andy Warhol...

Also, if you'd like to change the colors on one of Warhol's most famous prints of Marilyn Monroe, visit this interactive site:

ENJOY!!!
